Why do I have to wait 5 hours for an Oil Change?
Why is it when you make an appointment with a car dealership you almost always have to wait. I understand some Dealers are busy or get a rush. I just don't like to have the feeling that an appointment will be quicker and then have to wait 5 hours for an oil change and safety inspection.
